Tried to check in at 3, but was told my room wasn't ready. Went to the store and came back about hour later. Still no room. Waited almost another hour in the lobby. Had to check back with the desk to see if my room was available and finally got one. Marriott advertise internet access, they forget the part about charging $9.95 a day. Concerning the rooms, very dated and way too small for a $140 room. Finally, most hotels provide breakfast, not Marriott, that will be $14.95 per person. Honestly, I'm not sure why anyone stays at Marriott.

My chief complaint is that I can't give this place 0 stars. In fact this is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We were told that check in was at 3pm abs wet booked our rooms through hotels.com . we get to the hotel and turns out there's no rooms ready, infact the said they never received the reservation. This is bull $hit, I called hotels.com and they confirmed the they sent the confirmation the day we booked, which was about a week ago. So the owner completely lied to us, we didn't our rooms till 6pm and the rooms were still dirty and the room service staff barely started picking up the laundry. The hotel owner wouldn't even work with us and all he did was offer a free Internet and breakfast. he completely didn't care that we were 3 HOURS LATE to my daughter's wedding and just shrugged the whole thing off. He barely tried to fix the situation.

This place has the worst customer service. Consider that the place is right down the street from my old work place. I figure It was a nice place to book a room. But anyways we came down for a wedding weekend. Everything was right until we got to the hotel. Apparently the credit card machine didn't work. We tried mines,my wife and apparently the other people that was behind us tried their card didn't work either. We've tried to work with them (cash). But they said no. They told us to go get a prepaid card.(that come from some asian manager) so what is the point for me to buy a prepaid card to use on a machine that don't work? All in all knowing I was going to be late for the wedding I left and book at a different hotel. So needless to say I will never book there again nor will I ever recommend this place to a friend or family.

Booked 3 rooms for just one night days in advance..when we got there at 3pm, they didn't allow us in to our rooms until after 630pm, we were in town for a wedding and was late because of this fiasco. Their only response was to offer us free breakfast and wifi. wifi is already free there and breakfast was already a part of our reservation..management is absolute shit, downright rude. When we went into the room housekeeping was still vacuuming and cleaning up the place from the previous person! Talk about terrible customer service.

So disappointing! My company paid full price for this room. Hotel is under construction and no one warned me. I wanted to stay here because of bar and restaurant on premises and it was closed due to renovations. I would guess hotel was less than half full yet I was given smaller room with a room connector door I obviously didn't need or want, bed facing opposite wall from TV and right next to elevator where I constantly hear people on the floor. And my view is of the roof and parking lot. Would never stay here again! I will very likely need to stay in area again. It won't be here.

Just stay one night here for an early morning event. Went to bed early. Alarm clock sounded off at midnight next door. Half an hour later no one turned it off. I called the front desk. She said ok will check. Nothing happened in half hour, called again. Still nothing happening. Went down stairs, no guest there but two receptionists. One of the girl said I only called a minute ago and just not moving to do anything. And said someone was in there they can only call them to turn it off. Is she crazy or what?! If someone was in there you better call ambulance or police! Nobody can survive the noise of alarm clock for that long. She didn't even want to check her system to see if it's occupied. I was mad as hell! Another 15 more minutes before it's finally turned off. I always said bad employees can really ruin your business!

I have stayed at several marriots before. This was the worst experience ever. Never expected such terrible rooms from marriot. My room was as bad as a 1 str hotel. Small room, cramped bathroom. The wall paint was cracked all over. No microwave or mini fridge. The alarm clock didn't work. Moreover there were mosquitoes in the room! Never believed Marriot rooms could be so bad!

I stay at A LOT of Marriott properties through the year so my comparison of this hotel is with other Marriott hotels. This property is an older Marriott property and while the rooms have been upgrade a few years ago, the overall condition of the property was just OK. Hall carpet and concierge lounge both desperately need to be upgraded. However, they made up for any short comings with exceptional customer service. The people at the front desk were all very friendly and extremely helpful. They also have the wonderful Marriott beds and upgraded flat screen TV and HD channels. My only complaint is that the buffet breakfast didn't have a omelet bar. I think they do during the week, but not on weekends.

Faith is getting steadily getting restored in Marriot after the past couple of stays. This one is pretty good. Free parking and wifi which is always nice. The entrance and lobby is impressive. The rooms are inexpensive, clean and comfortable with large flat screens which are nice.

Bad hotel for handicap travelers. First off I have over 1150 room nights at Marriott-branded hotels. As a standard hotel this is maybe a 4 stars...but as a handicap accessible hotel...I would give it a zero if I could. 1st issue...not hotel's fault perhaps. Marriott reservations will bait and switch you and reserve inventory the hotel claims is not available. Is it reservations or is it the hotel? Regardless, I am reading my reservation and it says wheel chair accessible room with roll-in shower. Hotel says they only have 1 such room and it is booked. Hmmm, why did they reserve such a room. I would have gone elsewhere without any issues. And only 1 room in a recently renovated 100+ room hotel? Is that even ADA compliant? 2nd issue...so they put me in a handicap room with a tub. I just drove 500 miles and I am tired...so I take it. But wait....I am in the room and there are zero grab bars in the bathroom....zero. How does one go to the bathroom? I call the desk and the manager's line is we are compliant. We have an inspection by the health department and by Marriott. Really? I just read the ADA guidelines and there are at least 5 violations in this room. I call Marriott Special Issues dept...reservations connected me. I know there is nothing they can do this trip for me...but want them not to advertise this room as handicap accessible and what's up with my reservation saying confirmed and then there not being such a room type available? Nothing. They did nothing. Just said they are not on property and the property says one thing and I am saying something else. Wow, guess I am a liar? 'No idea' they say on the reservation 'mix up'...not like we live in the 21st century with advance property management and reservation systems tracking all aspects of a hotel's vitals...especially room type inventory. And the kicker? Went to the lobby bathroom....it is huge...with a little tiny handicap stall you cannot turn your wheelchair around in. So you can pull in and then are not able to close the door. This whole place is like visiting a 70's era hotel in Afghanistan. Again, I would not be here if they had not lured me here. I am very careful about only staying at hotels with the type rooms. So if you need modern ADA compliant facilities...this is not the place to stay. So much for the ADA....I assume the local health inspector who signed off on this as a compliant room....either never visited or is on a nice boat paid for with bribes from local businesses.

We are currently planning a family reunion here and they're giving us a rate of $69 per night. I've never had a hotel rate this cheap for a nice hotel so close to the city. It also has a free shuttle that runs from 7a.m. to 10:30p.m., which will drive you up to 5 miles from the hotel. Very convenient, very affordable. I recommend this hotel for sure.

This place is nice. We got a great deal from priceline and the beds are very nice. The room is fairly clean and there are nice flat screen TVs. TVs quality aren't the best though. Shower is fine with good water pressure. The add on fridge is very very tiny and we had to get two to accommodate for our groceries.

As a Platinum Member I do have a higher expectation from Marriott's, while I will say that the staff at this location is one of the best I have ever encountered. The overall helpfulness, courtesy and commitment to the customer were exceptional. My main concern was with the overall condition of the Hotel itself, the building, elevators and even more so the rooms are in bad need of a major overhaul. The carpet was worn, stained and just plain dirty. The walls didn't fare any better, they are just as badly maintained. The chair in the home had worn arms that where so bad, I didn't even feel comfortable putting my coat down on it. Hopefully, they will schedule a major review and update, because it is much needed to bring this hotel up to the level it should be.

This is an older hotel that should be a 3 star not 3.5 star. The room was clean but it's in need of renovation. The pool was small & sub par. There is a charge for wifi, but if you can connect to the lobby's wifi from your room, it's free. We will not stay there again.

Pricey, older property without the quality, amenities and customer service to match. Paying well over $100/night, you should care about your customers enough to give them wifi/Ethernet access. No Ethernet access, and they charged $10/night for wifi. The television stations, almost all of them were very grainy, analog stations, and few options. And if you wanted it to not be slow, you had to pay $15/night! Breakfast? No luck. That's pricey too, definitely not complementary. When I arrived and gave them my Delta SkyMiles number, they told me that I would have to call customer support later. I checked out, called customer support, and they told me because I had already checked out and not created a Marriott rewards account beforehand, I had lost all of those points. When I asked if there was an exception they could be made because their employee had misled me, the representative actually got impatient and hung up the phone on me!

Nice full service Marriott property if you are in the area on business or need a weekend getaway. The rooms, HDTVs, and beds have been updated. My room was quiet, and included a good sized HDTV, comfortable king sized bed, and a mini fridge. Service is first class and the staff is more than accommodating and very helpful regarding directions, restaurant suggestions and so forth. Another review star would be appropriate if they get their treadmills repaired as 1/2 were out of service and the concierge lounge is mighty tired looking and could use a facelift.

I travel all over the U.S. I only stay at Marriott properties to accumulate points. This is one of my favorites. The staff remembers my name, rooms are clean, and service is excellent. If you are a Gold or Platinum member you get complimentary access to the Concierge Floor. This one is very unique because it spans two floors. I ask a casual question to the staff about why they didn't have Jack Daniels available. When I returned after dinner they had a bottle ready for me. Very classy.

I would like to give it 3 1/2 stars, but Yelp won't let me. This hotel is in a weird place in Norcross. It's not bad if you don't want to pay more than $50 a night for a room. Just ignore the mobile fans in the rooms and hall. Dog pee maybe? Don't worry. There is no smell. Apparently, the fans work.

The place isn't half bad! Really nice comfortable bed and big flat screen TV. Pool is indoors so no worries about needing sunscreen. The pool area needs a little maintenance and up-keeping done but not too bad. The staff is OK but slightly slow at check in. The lobby is nice and appealing and unfortunately the breakfast is not free (and I wouldn't recommend paying for it)! Most of the rooms have a sofa bed in them, great if traveling with little kids. I pricelined this hotel for $35 for a Friday night on Friday morning. I have pricelined this hotel twice and recommend booking that route!

Amazing customer service! We were upgraded to a larger room and the room was very clean, spacious, extremely comfortable beds and bedding and had great views from both large windows. We own a cleaning service and its not often we stay in a place we feel is clean but this one is immaculate. It was a corner room and we loved the extra area that made us feel more like we were in a condo and less like we were in a hotel. We also loved all the extras the leave in the room including the bath and body works toiletries and the orange water they have for all their guests. The only negatives we could say about his hotel is the pool seemed very cloudy and dirty so we couldn't swim, continental breakfast is not included in your stay ( we waited until 6:30 to leave to get breakfast before heading out only to find out it wasnt included) and the restaurant in the hotel fell far below par. The waitress was not very nice, the food was mediocre at best and our order of two appetizers took over thirty minutes even though we were the only ones in the restaurant nearly making us late for our meeting.

I always think it's interesting how the more expensive the hotel, the less stuff you get for free. So there was no free breakfast, and the rooms/bathrooms were quite small and cramped, and of course, there was no micro or fridge in the room. But the bed was really comfortable with it's white down comforter, and the room came with a flat screen tv and was generally very pretty. Unfortunately, when it comes down to actual usage, there seem to be some common flaws in the Marriott design scheme. For one, the bathroom has no fan, (this is kind of a pet peeve), the sink is beautiful with black marble countertop (altho our room's hot water faucet was dangling off!), but when you use the sink, water gets all over the counter. Also, I've noticed that the pool is great, but the hot tub hasn't worked correctly in the last two Marriott's I've stayed. The coffee maker in the room comes with ONE cup and, while the coffee was better than most... only one cup per room? Pretty cheap. Other than that, the lobby always makes a grand impression and the overall beauty of the place helps overcome some of the drawbacks.

I spent a couple of nights here last year when I was in the area on business. Nice property and the location was convienent to a variety of restaurants. For dining, I went the room service route and wasn't disappointed -- service was fast and friendly and the food was very good (although pricy for what you get, as will be the case in most any hotel). The room and bed were comfortable and there was a 42" flat screen TV and Wi Fi as well. The bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were restocked nightly. Nothing really stands out about this hotel -- it's pretty much your typical suburban chain hotel catering to the business traveler, but my experience here was good enough that I wouldn't hesitate to return.

The hotel seems older but the beds were nice and the sheets were clean. We had access to the concierge and the lady that worked there was super nice. Not a huge spread but it did the trick to fill our tummies. Friendly staff.

Kinda reminds you of a mediocre courtyard - not a Marriott...but the food was pretty good and the service made up for the old rooms. They badly need to upgrade or change the name to courtyard.
